Customer Service Representative

Position provides excellent customer service to customers by performing transactions accurately and timely in a courteous and friendly manner.

The essential functions include:

· Welcome customers and assist in their banking needs.

· Know the bank products and be able to provide information to customers.

· Process customer’s bank transactions while complying with operation and security procedures.

· Answer phones and direct calls to proper department.

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or GED required.

· Prior customer service experience preferred.

· Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

· High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

· Strong verbal & written communication skills.
