Kim attended high school in Gardner, KS, graduating in 1980 before moving to Wellsville in 1981 to begin married life with her husband Jim.  

Since 2009, Kim has provided real estate services to Kansas residents, and has worked hard to become a multi-million dollar producer for the last several years. When it comes to real estate, her passion is ensuring that all of her clients trust her to seamlessly guide them throughout their transaction. By prioritizing relationships, Kim is proud to have increased her referral basis every year since she began working in real estate, and adamantly protects the mutual loyalty and trust she shares with those clients. Kim is happy to provide potential clients with several reputable references for confirmation of her dedicated service skills.

Sarah Klamm is a 10 year veteran of the local real estate market and believes that caring for clients, market knowledge and professionalism are the keys to a successful client relationship.  As a top agent with Layton Real Estate, and life long resident of the area, Sarah offers unique knowledge of the ins and outs of home and land purchases in Franklin, Johnson, Douglas and Miami counties.   Sarah and her husband Doug are proud parents of Wellsville High School grads Ryan and Jared.  They are also the owners of Milestone Events, a beautifully restored event space in downtown Wellsville. 

Barbara and her husband, Brian, live in the city of Wellsville. They have three children, Shamus who recently graduated from Pittsburg State University, Hope who is a Junior at Pittsburg State University, and Ayden who is a Junior in High School. Previous to real estate she also lived in Olathe, Overland Park, and Lee’s Summit. Barbara most enjoys the time she gets to spend with her family, and watching her kids play sports.

Barbara is a third generation REALTOR® since 2003 and became the Broker/Owner of Layton Real Estate in 2008. Barbara’s professional commitment has successfully grown the company over the years and along side her agents they have shaped it into a successful business.
